What is the difference between the three service tiers?
The Change Readiness Session is a single, focused engagement suited to early-stage planning. Transition Support Advisory covers a multi-session arc for organisations actively moving through a shift. The Change Management Programme is a longer commitment that builds lasting internal capability for organisations in sustained transformation.
Do sessions take place in person or remotely?
Sessions can be arranged either way depending on what works for your team. We are based in Petaling Jaya and are comfortable with on-site work across the Klang Valley. Remote sessions via video call work well for the planning and review elements.
How quickly can we start after making contact?
We typically respond within one business day. An initial scoping call is usually arranged within the week. From there, a first session can be scheduled once scope and timing are aligned — often within two to three weeks depending on availability.
What does the readiness note or summary document include?
The readiness note is a concise written summary covering the key concerns surfaced during the session, how different groups may respond to the planned change, and suggested areas for attention before rolling out. It is written for the leader commissioning the work and is not shared externally.
Is there flexibility within the programme structure?
Yes. While each engagement has a defined scope and session count, the sequencing and focus of sessions can be adjusted as the work develops. Change rarely proceeds in a straight line, and we adapt alongside you within the agreed framework.
