Change Readiness Session
A guided conversation to understand how a planned change may land with the people affected, surfacing concerns early. The session covers the nature of the change, the groups most likely to be affected, and the factors — organisational, relational, and practical — that could influence how well the transition is received. It concludes with a short readiness note summarising what was discussed and where attention would be most useful before rolling the change out. Suited to leaders preparing a transition who want to move thoughtfully rather than assume readiness.
