In Their Own Words
Nurul Izzah Azmi
Head of People, Shah Alam
"We used the Readiness Session before announcing a fairly significant restructure. It helped me see where the gaps in our communication plan were — things I had assumed were covered but actually were not. The note that came out of it was practical and specific, not generic advice. I shared it directly with our MD."

Lim Wei Kang
Operations Director, Subang Jaya
"The Transition Support Advisory helped our team move through a system implementation without the usual disruption. What stood out was the communication outline — it was sequenced in a way that matched how people actually absorb change, not just how we wanted to push information out. Four sessions felt like the right amount."

Siti Rahayu Mohd
Change Lead, Petaling Jaya
"We engaged Faelox for the full programme and it was genuinely different from the consultants we had worked with previously. The playbook they produced is something we still refer to. The champion coaching was the most useful part — our internal team came out of it much more confident to handle the next wave of changes themselves."

Rajiv Nair
Senior Manager, Kuala Lumpur
"Straightforward to work with. They did not oversell the scope, arrived well-prepared for each session, and the support plan we ended up with was something we could actually execute. I appreciated that they adjusted when our timeline shifted mid-way — no drama about it."

Yong Hui Lin
HR Business Partner, Damansara
"I had been looking for someone who understood the Malaysian workplace context — not just applying a Western change model to a different environment. Faelox understood the relational dynamics, the hierarchy considerations, and how to frame messages in a way that actually worked here. That made a real difference."

Ahmad Hafizudin
CEO, Klang Valley SME
"As a smaller organisation, I was not sure whether a structured change advisory made sense for us. The Readiness Session gave me clarity on what we actually needed to think about before announcing a leadership transition. Worth every ringgit — and the written note was something I could share with the board directly."

How the Work Unfolded
Communicating a Merger Across Two Distinct Teams
The Challenge
A Petaling Jaya-based financial services firm had merged two operational teams with different working cultures and reporting histories. Staff in both teams were uncertain about what the change meant for their roles and who their new line managers were. Communication had been top-down and infrequent, and trust was deteriorating.
How We Helped
Faelox was brought in for a Transition Support Advisory engagement. Across four sessions, we mapped the concerns specific to each team, developed a sequenced communication outline, and produced a support plan that included manager briefing guides and staff FAQ documents. We coached the two team leads on how to facilitate honest conversations with their people.
What Followed
Within six weeks of deploying the communication plan, the operations director reported a measurable reduction in informal escalations to HR. Staff retention in both teams remained intact through the transition period. The manager briefing guides were retained for use in subsequent team changes.
"The sequencing in the communication outline was what made it work — people got information at the right time, not all at once." — Operations Director
Building In-House Change Capability for a Manufacturing Group
The Challenge
A Selangor-based manufacturing group was facing a sustained period of process and technology change and had been relying on external consultants for each initiative. The cost was mounting, and the organisation had no internal framework for managing change systematically — meaning each initiative started from zero.
How We Helped
Faelox delivered the full Change Management Programme over five months. We worked with three internal champions across HR and operations, developing a change management playbook tailored to the organisation's context. The eleven sessions covered readiness assessment, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and a structured review cycle.
What Followed
The organisation has since managed two subsequent process changes internally, using the playbook and templates produced during the programme. External advisory costs for change-related work dropped significantly in the year following the engagement. All three internal champions continue to use the frameworks developed during the coaching sessions.
"We finally have something that belongs to us rather than a report we paid for but never really used." — Head of HR
